Refund policy

 

Contact our customer service at info@monavenusskincare.com with questions or concerns. Will receive a reply within 1-3 Business Days. If Mona Venus Skin Care is contacted through social media, the customer is NOT guaranteed a timely response.

If customer receives incorrect item (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email), customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once return of incorrect item is initiated.  Mona Venus Skin Care will pay for return shipping.

If customer decides to return item for reasons other than above, customer is entitled to FULL REFUND once Mona Venus Skin Care receives unused returned item.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, used, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.

Customer may be entitled to a full/ partial refund if product arrives damaged, spilled, or leaked. (Photo Proof MUST be provided by email). This is left to the discretion of Mona Venus Skin Care on a case by case basis to determine whether carrier or Mona Venus Skin Care is at fault.

Customer is NOT entitled to a full refund for opened and used

If customer wishes to cancel order AFTER product has been shipped, a full refund will be issued only if item is returned in ACCEPTABLE condition. If product is returned in an unacceptable condition (damaged, opened, leaked, or spilled) or lost during return shipping, NO refund will be issued.

Mona Venus Skin Care is NOT Responsible for stolen or missing items/packages. Customer should file a claim with carrier. Customer is advised to contact carrier for shipment and delivery issues BEFORE contacting customer service. Mona Venus Skin Care will work with customer on a case by case basis to determine if a refund (full or partial) is applicable.

Mona Venus Skin Care DOES NOT offer refunds for ebook products or Virtual Zoom Sessions

Customer is entitled to full refund at anytime if Mona Venus Skin Care is found at fault.
