Processing Times
Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Not including holidays and weekends. We ship Monday through Friday 10am-5pm. Domestic Orders are shipped USPS. During Sales and in rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays of up to a week. Standard Domestic Shipping Costs

Once items are shipped from our location and tracking number is provided. Mona Venus Skin Care is no longer responsible for your order. Items in your order will not be refunded or replaced if shipment is damaged or does not end up in buyers possession.
If package is damaged upon buyers possession you must contact the carrier to file a claim. Mona Venus Skin Care will not be responsible for damage items.
Someone at residence must be able to sign for package when delivered or package will go back to post office where it must be picked up and signed for
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND INFORMATION
All international orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Processing time before items are shipped from our location is approximately 48-72 hours. Once orders are processed, shipping takes a week or less. International packages must be able to be signed for to receive. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Mona Venus Skin Care is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded. We can provide registered tracking information

Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and our production schedule we are unable to acknowledge refunds/cancellation requests. Please double check your order before checking out. However, if you have any questions or concerns about an order, please send an email along with your order number to info@monavenusskincare.com
Damages and Issues
If you received a damaged product or missing an item from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@monavenusskincare.com do include 3 clear pictures of damaged item as well as your order number. Any emails received outside of the 2-day window cannot be acknowledged.
Emails without clear photos will not be acknowledged
In the event of an adverse reaction, we must be contacted with a picture emailed to us of the adverse reaction within 7 days of the products being received. Confirmation date of package delivery is verified through package tracking.
After email is received and reviewed by management, the products can be returned for a full credit towards another product.
We only credit the customer for one purchase date.
No cash or credit card refunds.
Lost and Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
Note: If you don't receive your package and the tracking doesn't say delivered please reach out to us within 25 days of the date of shipping. We CANNOT file a claim with USPS after that date. They have a strict time limit on this policy and if it's past this date they will not let us open a claim, therefore we cannot replace the package or issue a refund.
PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT
Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect mailing address can be reshipped however, you will be charged a $4.95 - $9.95 reshipping fee to reship the items, the reshipping fee must be paid prior to us reshipping. There is a 15% restocking fee and the delivery fee will not be refunded if items are returned due to incorrect shipping address.
Adverse Reactions
Mona Venus Skin Care will not be held liable for any adverse reactions. If a reaction occurs, please contact your Physician immediately.

Products are made and packaged by hand. We aim for perfection when creating all of our products. All orders require a processing period of 1-3 Business days (Monday - Friday) FOR FULFILLMENT. Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Mail.
Once a package leaves our custody, we are no longer responsible for transit. If your package is lost or stolen YOU MUST DIRECTLY FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS OR UPS.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT.
ANY RETURNED PACKAGES TO US WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A RESHIPPING FEE EQUAL TO INITIAL SHIPPING FEE. NO EXCEPTION.
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT YOU MUST SEND US A PROOF OF THE DAMAGE ( PICTURES) AND WE WILL ADDRESS THE ISSUE RIGHT AWAY.
To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we recommend having packages shipped to your work address.
